Melt Blown Filters
Melt Blown Filter cartridges are manufactured from Polypropylene in a process where the polypropylene melt is extruded through small nozzles to form fine fibres. These fibres are then collected over a rotating shaft. These randomly deposited micro fibres on the rotating shaft form the cylindrical structure of Melt Blown Filter Element. This process of manufacturing forms a porous and non woven structure of the PP filter cartridge.
These Melt Blown Filters have a gradient structure along the radius, wherein the density of the filters is higher towards the centre and lesser towards the outer edge. This gives the Melt Blown Filters a multi-layered structure enabling excellent performance and efficiency. This provides excellent quality filtration to liquid as the filtration keeps on becoming finer as it passes through the Melt Blown filter.
The Melt Blown filter cartridge is manufactured in a controlled environment that produces desired Micron rating and excellent quality products. These Melt Blown filters are a type of Depth Filter since they have to pass through the depth of the Melt Blown filter along the radius, and the porous medium of the Melt Blown Filter Cartridge enables the filtration.
